Hollis received his 500 hour Yoga certification from Yoga Works in New York City. His studies and teachings emphasizes detail and precision of alignment in asanas. He has and still studies intensely the following lineages of Yoga: Iyengar, Dharma Mittra, Restorative and Vinyasa Flow.
Hollis has found all of the classes he has taken, as well as those he teaches, to be life changing, spirit freeing, and heart opening. He also found that through yoga he could take the focus and mental clarity he gained on the mat and put them to use in his everyday life.
Hollis is immensely grateful to all of his teachers, family, friends, and students worldwide, who continually inspire him to live his best life!
